We celebrate my birthday here and also my 1st time to dine here...we ordered many course of menu and to my surprize our bills is not much...a fine dining restaurant with table service that is a wow for us...the foods taste delicious and tasty...and if you take out some lefr over foods they have their own eco bag...

Gloria Maris really hit the spot for me! It’s one of those places that makes you feel good about choosing to dine out. The food was superb across the board. I mean, the Peking duck had the best texture I've ever had—crispy on the outside and just melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The jellyfish juicy and tender and paired well with the black vinegar. Their specialty deep-fried shrimp was another highlight. Each bite was crispy and so flavorful—it's something I would go back for in a heartbeat. The radish cakes were soft and yummy, exactly how you'd want them. The dim sum also did not disappoint; it was soft, tasty, and really filling. The staff was profession and really attentive.

Parking is easy since the building has multilevel parking. Food is excellent. The 2nd way minced Peking duck with lettuce wrap was very tender. Hot prawn salad was so good. Specially loved The Gloria Maris Fried rice (with dried scallop). My new favorite is the Spare ribs thai style. In short everything was delicious.

Had the BEST dining experience here at Gloria Maris The food was excellent, service was superb, and vibes were immaculate. I particularly enjoyed how the food was so tasty and savory, yet did not leave me with the usual MSG food coma you get when you dine at other Chinese restaurants -- that says a lot about the quality and attention they have with their food! Highly recommend these dishes we tried: ⭐ Prawn balls with special vinegar ⭐ Kuchay pancake ⭐ Spinach beancurd w abalone sauce ⭐ Snowball with mango ⭐ Baked masachi tart Will definitely be back soon!

Its always a pleasure to eat at gloriamaris. It's a family staple. First time to eat at their mall of aisa branch and it's just as good as greenhills.

**Gloria Maris Chinese Restaurant** is a fantastic find! Though it wasn't very busy during our visit, the experience was top-notch. The food is outstanding, and everything was served in under 15 minutes. The staff is highly professional, and the washrooms are exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

No wonder Gloria Maris is considered as the blueprint of Chinese restaurants in the country! The food and its flavors are something to taste and enjoy! We arrived late almost closing time however we were still accommodated to satisfy our hunger. Yangchow fried rice, hot and sour soup, garlic fried chicken, suahe shrimps, Chinese broccoli and a lot, lot more! This place is huge and service was very excellent! Well lit as expected from grand Chinese restaurants. And the price was really nit that expensive considering the feast we had!
